Q2 🚀

As I write this we are approaching the end of Q2, there’s still time for a lot to happen and we’ve already had an abundant quarter. 

“What have been the highlights they said?”

For me it’s all about the people! Yes we’ve won new clients, added services, had successes for ourselves and clients. But how the team has developed over the last 8 weeks has been by far the best thing. 

You will no doubt have seen some of the introductions to the team, and the constant sea of activity on social media about the various projects that we’re working on across Lid Project, 304, Tayroc and BR&. 

Rewind back to March and the 2 teams of Lid Project and 304 hadn’t even met. Now, everyone is settled in the new office, building new work relationships and doing a great job at the same time. It’s been so refreshing to see people take on extra responsibility, throw themselves into new situations and put themselves out there for growth & development. 

As a result of the teams merging we have such a wealth of knowledge, further resource for client services and the ability to turn things on which we’ve always wanted to develop.

Time to get back to work….
