  • Lid Clo - The home of 304 Clothing, as well as other Print on Demand capabilities.

We’re always on the lookout for ways to be bigger, better and more well known. We mostly build our business based on relationships and word of mouth, over deliver, and provide well costed service plans. Our team is like a family - we’re close, understand each other and are flexible. We scale up as and when we need to.

Clients are varied and currently include; Event organisers, Electric Scooter brand, Premium design consultancy who specialise in premium vehicle design, Audio Visual suppliers, Sports person, Solicitors, Youtubers. Boutique home store, NHS.

The Role

The below is to be used as a guide. Things change really quickly around here, and requirements flex with our clients needs. Priorities vary from month to month so our team needs to be open minded and up for wearing different hats, and multi tasking.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Content / Graphic design for 304

  • Content / Graphic design for Tayroc

  • Creating high converting marketing content such as emails, social posts & web content

  • Content design for all internal businesses

  • Template design for group - presentations / letterheads / decks

  • Logo variations / updates

  • Internal materials and assets design & updates including - email signatures, social media tiles, banners

  • Working on moodboard / range planning suggestions to present to the wider team

  • Seeking inspiration from a variety of sources for internal and external brands

  • Working on briefs and presenting back to management / other departments

  • Sits on the campaign committee run by Jon (MD) - making suggestions for campaigns for the year, and taking tasks to action / present back

  • Keeping relevant by monitoring competitors, trends and news. Reacting quickly to things to make sure we are 'on point'


Requirements:

  • 2 years of design experience

  • Design qualifications admirable

  • Expert in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva

What's in it for me?

Salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum

25 days holiday + Your Birthday + Bank holidays

Flexible hours - below base to use as a guide:

  • Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm/9am-5pm/10am-6pm

  • Friday 9am-2pm

10% commission on projects you bring in (called ‘the 10% thing’)
