Referred to those who know as ‘Lid’ our team runs a central skills division that services our other internal businesses and external client base. Across the group we have a mixture of B2B and B2C operations.

When you join our Student Placement Programme, you become part of the Lid crew.
As a placement student, you’ll be encouraged to push yourself, get involved in ALL areas of the business and ultimately grow into a crucial member of the team we don't want to see leave :)
As we are a small team all working under one roof, in one room, this is a truly unique opportunity to have touch points & daily contact with all areas of multi million pound brand and business to develop your own knowledge of how an e-commerce brand & marketing agency operates.
